Will there inclusion?: Blogs as spaces for Youth Inclusion of Medellin in the public sphere.

Inclusion is a vast subject that requires comprehensive understanding that allows fully dimensioned phenomenon we experience in our city. "Much has been made during the last decades of poverty, marginalization, development, social development, concepts that have been constructed to account for the mechanisms, relationships, descriptions of subjects that meet with certain characteristics of social and economic deprivation, for being a 'vulnerability', need to be addressed by the social services system. "
From this premise then we can deduce that the condition for generating an inclusion is a partial state of vulnerability. Medellín can then be classified as a territory violated by the following situations: poverty in 2005 reached 54.4% of urban population and in terms of connectivity in Medellin had 70,404 sailors in December 2001, ie 11.98% of total network users in the country. That figure is significantly lower than the 375,481 of Bogota (the 63.87%) and slightly higher than in Cali, which registers 68,983 (11.73%). "
The emergence of the concept of inclusion is reborn today with globalization, it is paradoxical that there are countries with all levels of accessibility to information, food, utilities, water, etc, and other where you can not enjoy even basic services.

In answering the question about whether blogs could someday then be included in the public sphere of the city, there are several factors to change so that this can be done.
