Will there inclusion?: Blogs as spaces for Youth Inclusion of Medellin in the public sphere.

Inclusion is a vast subject that requires comprehensive understanding that allows fully dimensioned phenomenon we experience in our city. "Much has been made during the last decades of poverty, marginalization, development, social development, concepts that have been constructed to account for the mechanisms, relationships, descriptions of subjects that meet with certain characteristics of social and economic deprivation, for being a 'vulnerability', need to be addressed by the social services system. " [1]

From this premise then we can deduce that the condition for generating an inclusion is a partial state of vulnerability. Medellín can then be classified as a territory violated by the following situations: poverty in 2005 reached 54.4% of urban population and in terms of connectivity in Medellin had 70,404 sailors in December 2001, ie 11.98% of total network users in the country.
